Rotary Transformers & Slip Ring Torque Sensor
Rotating Torque Sensor from
Lebow was designed to specifically mount to a NEMA precision
motor frame to provide a convenient method for adding torque
measurement and feedback control to precision motion control
applications. These applications typically involve automated
assembly and test equipment for high volume manufacturing.
Rotating Torque Sensor simple, robust design utilizes
magnetoelastic principles to measure rotary torque with high
accuracy and low cost. This innovative Rotating Torque
Sensor will allow direct torque measurements where it has
been cost prohibitive in the past.
Features include: Overall accuracy of +/- 0.5% full
scale, useable temperature range of -10 to 100ºC, overload
capacity of 150% full scale, and a maximum speed of 10,000
rpm.
