Honeywell Sensotec is
the world's leading manufacturer of Digital
Telemetry (wireless radio) based systems for
gathering, transmitting and receiving sensor data
from rotating machinery. The systems usually consist
of a transmitter, a receiver, a power supply
(inductive or battery), a module support ring
(collar) and antennas (rotating and stationary).
Installation is normally done with no modification
to the existing mechanical systems. When large
numbers of channels of information are required or
there are physical space limitations, Honeywell
Sensotec will handle the systems integration.
Information obtained this way can be used for
testing, measurement, monitoring and/or control.

Model 100/200
Data Coupler for Hostile Environments |
Model 2100
Engine and Transmission Test Stands |
The
100/200 systems are designed around small yet rugged
transmitter modules capable of operating in hostile
industrial environments with temperatures to 175° and
static acceleration to 50,000 G. |
The
2100 Systems are well suited for both short and long
term testing, monitoring or controlling in those areas
where other methods are affected by vibration, dust,
moisture, high RPM's, and large axial and radial shaft
movements. |
Model 1400
Digital Temperature Monitoring System |
Model 1700
Digital Motor Temperature Monitor and Alarm System |
The
1400 digital temperature monitoring system is ideal for
use with large lime recovery, cement and alumina kilns
as well as industrial dryers and incinerators for
hazardous waste disposal. |
The
1700 Systems are designed as safety instruments for
large motors (350 HP and larger). The Systems monitor 6
customer set temperature points, either RTD's or
Thermocouples and provide an alarm for over-temperature
conditions. |
Model TMS 9000
Rotary Torque Measurement System |
|
The
TMS 9000 torque measurement system represents an
advanced generation of rotary transformer sensors
designed to operate entirely in the digital domain for
enhanced accuracy and versatility. The TMS 9000 series
physically integrates rotor electronics and telemetry
into one element, with all set-up and output controlled
through computer software. |
