TEXCEL V4
The
Froude INC. Texcel V4 has
been specifically designed for engine test applications.
Modular construction enables it to be used as a stand-alone
dynamometer controller or as a fully integrated engine and
dynamometer control system. The Texcel V4 will meet a
diverse range of test requirements and can be supplied as
part of a package of Froude Hofmann test equipment or as an
upgrade to existing test cells.
The Texcel V4
family of digital controllers are available in four standard
versions:-

Current dynamometer controller.

Current dynamometer and Engine controller.

Hydraulic dynamometer controller.

Hydraulic dynamometer and Engine controller.
With quality of
control and ease of use as key design parameters it
represents a major step forward in engine test technology. A
significant enhancement over traditional control systems is
the inclusion of a text display window that provides a clear
indication of the engine and dynamometer's operating
condition.
