Bondable Temperature
Sensors
With nickel-foil grids, these sensors are
used for general-purpose temperature
measurements over the range of -320 to +500°
F (-195 to +260° C).
Crack Detection Gages(裂縫偵測)
Convenient, economical method of detecting
cracks or crack growth.
Crack Propagation Gages
Multiple conducting grids on a single
backing accurately indicate the rate of
crack propagation.
Weldable Gages
Strain gages and temperature sensors bonded
to a metal carrier for spot welding to a
test structure when adhesive cannot be used
or minimum installation time is required.

Rosettes for the practical, widely used

Shear Modulus Gages

Harsh Environment
Strain Gages feature either a
Platinum-Tungsten (PtW) or a Nickel-Chrome (NiCr)
filament sensing element encapsulated in a
321 Stainless Steel shell. The one process
fabrication of the shell makes the gage less
sensitive to the apparent strain due to the
non-homogenitiy of the different materials
forming the various parts. A unique filament
insulating process which enchances the
insulation resistance to ground (IR) has
been implemented in the manufacturing of the
gage. The gages contain no organic material.
Extensive testing, calibration, and
compensation of all gages are done in the
plant by highly trained technicians using
state of the art equiptment. Each gage is
supplied with a data sheet that supports the
installation and use of the gage. |
