Test equipment should be easy to use and reliable. That's why we have designed the Avtron "H" series Universal Hydraulic Component Test Stands and Portable Carts to be extremely user friendly while providing consistent performance.

Avtron test equipment is designed and built to be both reliable and long lasting to reduce the cost of ownership. Avtron has a proven track record in providing test equipment that is durable, with useful life spans reaching 30 years or more.

Avtron’s Data Acquisition System (ADAS? uses the latest commercially available software (National Instruments LabVIEW? and hardware. Flexibility and test configuration capability are built in. Avtron manifold technology reduces tubing and leakage points making it the ideal resource for hydraulic component testing, greatly reducing maintenance. Manifold-mounted components are easy to replace, significantly reducing downtime. Manifold-mounted controls are organized for operator convenience.

Test equipment must be kept at a high state of readiness, which demands that maintenance and calibration activities be done with the least amount of interference with testing operations. Routine maintenance and servicing are simplified to provide significant cost savings over the life of the unit.

AVTRON UnivATE - Universal Automatic Test Equipment

UnivATE (TM) is Universal. It can test every component within its resource capabilities, on virtually every aircraft by Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Fokker, Lockheed, McDonnell-Douglas, and others.

Avtron's UnivATE is low cost. It generally costs less than one spare unit of each of the components it can test. By saving just one spare unit each, a shop can easily pay for a new UnivATE. Ongoing savings greatly reduces shop operational costs by quickly performing return-to-service tests and permitting troubleshooting and repairs.

Tests formerly taking seven or more hours are completed in 30 minutes or less utilizing the UnivATE. Manufacturers' no-fault-found (NFF) tests cost thousands of dollars; UnivATE tests cost two hundred dollars or less.

UnivATE is state-of-the-art. The newest Avtron UnivATE uses the latest Pentium 4 computers running Windows XP. The Avtron UnivATE features our remote access PC Anywhere software for remote, direct secure access with Avtron technical support.
