Data Acquisition System (ADAS�) uses the latest commercially
available software (National Instruments LabVIEW�) and
hardware. Flexibility and test configuration capability are
built in. Avtron manifold technology reduces tubing and
leakage points making it the ideal resource for hydraulic
component testing, greatly reducing maintenance.
Manifold-mounted components are easy to replace,
significantly reducing downtime. Manifold-mounted controls
are organized for operator convenience.
Test
equipment must be kept at a high state of readiness, which
demands that maintenance and calibration activities be done
with the least amount of interference with testing
operations. Routine maintenance and servicing are simplified
to provide significant cost savings over the life of the
unit.

designed to operate with a
number of fluids including phosphate ester based fluids
(Skydrol圲nd Hyjet�), or "red-oils" like MIL-H-5606,
MIL-H-83282, MIL-H-6083, MIL-H-46170, and even the
latest MIL-H-87257.

for the future. They are capable of higher pressures
(5000 PSI) for compatibility
with the latest Boeing 787 and Airbus A380 components.

Avtron Hydraulic Test Stands can utilize
a variety of different electrical supply power ratings
such as 380VAC/50Hz/3 phase, 240VAC/60Hz/3 phase, and
460VAC/60Hz/3 phase. Other ratings available upon
request.
